  1. FILE MANAGER v0.21ß for GT Power version
  2. 17.06 and higher.  File Manager is intended
  3. to be the ultimate upload processor and
  4. files.bbs manager for GT Power.  This
  5. release adds support for FILES.CBS and
  6. header creation.  I am releasing this into
  7. Beta for input on what features should be
  8. added and for bug reports on what features
  9. are already present.  (Replaces version 0.2ß
  10. which was a short lived release)
